What is VR Goals?
VR Goals is an agentic operating system for vacation rental property managers. It sits above your existing PMS, pricing engine, operations platform, and accounting software — with AI agents that watch across all of them and act on your behalf when they disagree.
Does VR Goals replace Guesty or Hostaway?
No. VR Goals integrates with your existing PMS and treats it as the source of truth. Reservations stay in Guesty, pricing stays in PriceLabs, operations stay in Breezeway. Our agents orchestrate across them.
Which systems does VR Goals connect to?
Out of the box: Guesty (PMS), PriceLabs (pricing), Breezeway (operations), QuickBooks Online (accounting), DocuSign and PandaDoc (contracts). Additional PMS and OTA channels on request.
How is trust accounting handled?
The Trust Accounting agent runs three-way match across your PMS ledger, general ledger journal entries, and operations-platform job costs. A daily variance check enforces owner-fund separation with a $1.00 tolerance. DRE-ready exports included.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical operators are live on Guesty sync within days, not weeks. Full trust accounting + multi-market orchestration is usually a 2–3 week configuration cycle, depending on portfolio complexity.
What size portfolio is VR Goals built for?
Designed for multi-market operators managing 10–1,000+ properties. Our reference operator runs seven markets, 15 bank accounts, 1,000+ listings, and 438K ledger entries per year.
How does VR Goals pricing work?
Pricing scales with portfolio size and agent scope — not per-seat. No public list price. Request a discovery call and we size the quote to your markets and integration surface.
Is my data secure?
VR Goals is read-only on your PMS by default; any writes are gated behind explicit operator approval. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Full security posture available on request.
Can I run agents on just part of my business?
Yes. Configure which of the six lead agents run (Ops, Guests, Revenue, Trust Accounting, Owners, Align), what they own, and what "good" looks like in your operation. Start with one agent and expand.
Does VR Goals support OKRs?
Yes — the Align agent is the planning layer. OKRs cascade from company to market to property, and key results roll up live from every other agent's feeds. Drift gets flagged before it shows up in a monthly report.
What happens if an agent makes a bad call?
Every agent action leaves an audit trail with inputs, context, and reasoning. High-stakes actions (pricing changes, owner communications, payouts) default to human approval — the agent drafts, the operator approves.
