VR Goals Messaging and SMS Terms

1. Program Name and Scope

These VR Goals Messaging and SMS Terms apply to account, security, support, billing, product, and service-notification text messages sent by VR Goals or BnB Ventures LLC to VR Goals account users, administrators, prospects, and business contacts. These terms do not replace the SMS terms that a VR Goals customer must publish for messages sent under that customer’s own brand to its guests, owners, employees, vendors, contractors, leads, or other recipients.

2. Types of Messages

VR Goals messages may include account notices, login or security alerts, support follow-ups, service notifications, product updates, billing reminders, onboarding information, two-factor authentication codes where enabled, and other communications related to your use or evaluation of VR Goals. Promotional or marketing text messages will be sent only where we have the consent required by applicable law.

3. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in to a VR Goals text-message program, you agree to receive text messages from VR Goals at the number provided. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using VR Goals. Message frequency varies by account activity, support needs, security events, and the programs you join. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out and Consent Revocation

Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable VR Goals SMS program. STOP is usually the fastest automated opt-out method. You may also revoke consent by replying CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or another reasonable message that clearly communicates that you want texts to stop; by contacting support; or by using any other legally recognized reasonable method.

After you opt out, you may receive one final non-marketing confirmation message. If you have consented to multiple categories of messages, we may ask you to clarify which categories you want to stop where permitted by law. We will honor valid revocation requests within the time required by applicable law.

6. Privacy

Our SMS privacy practices are described in the VR Goals Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We may disclose mobile information and SMS consent records to service providers, communications platforms, telephone carriers, Telnyx, The Campaign Registry, verification vendors, fraud-prevention vendors, and other vendors that help us provide, operate, register, verify, deliver, secure, and enforce the messaging service.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers, Telnyx, The Campaign Registry, number providers, and other communications providers may affect registration, availability, throughput, filtering, and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. VR Goals does not guarantee delivery, delivery speed, uninterrupted messaging, carrier approval, number availability, or continued availability of any messaging route.

8. No Emergency Use

SMS and MMS are not emergency services. Do not use VR Goals text messaging for 911, emergency requests, urgent safety issues, or time-critical situations where delayed or failed delivery could cause harm.

9. Eligibility and Program Changes

You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to use the mobile number you provide. VR Goals may modify, suspend, or terminate any SMS program at any time, subject to applicable law.

10. Disputes

These SMS Terms are part of the VR Goals Terms of Service. Any disputes are governed by the dispute-resolution terms in the main Terms of Service unless a separate written agreement with VR Goals says otherwise.

11. Account Notification Consent Disclosure

By checking this box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive VR Goals account, security, support, and service-notification text messages. Message frequency varies.   • The checkbox must start unchecked.
  • The checkbox must be optional unless a specific message is technically necessary and legally permitted.
  • SMS consent must be separate from email and telephone-call consent.
  • The VR Goals Privacy Policy and SMS Terms links must be displayed near the checkbox.
  • The system must record disclosure version, brand, program, time, source, user, telephone number, and consent action.

12. Contact
